Petersfield Festival Hall Weekend raises £7,147 for The Rosemary Foundation
An incredible weekend of live entertainment at Petersfield Festival Hall has generated a profit of £7,147, which will be donated in full to The Rosemary Foundation.
Across three very different events; our ABBA Party Night, Hinge & Bracket with Flanders & Swann, and The Big Hoedown, hundreds of people came together to enjoy live, local entertainment while supporting an important local charity.
The weekend featured live bands, musical comedy, barn dancing, party line dancing and plenty of community spirit. The fantastic response from audiences has helped take the total amount raised through our events during 2026 to £29,000
The Rosemary Foundation provides a dedicated Hospice at Home service for people living with life-limiting conditions. Its nurses support patients and their families within their own homes, completely free of charge.
Reaching this total would not have been possible without an enormous collective effort.
We would like to thank:
Everyone who bought entry and raffle tickets and supported the events
Our wonderful performers, musicians and bands
The production and technical crews
The bar and catering teams
The volunteers who gave their time so generously
The Festival Hall team
Barden FM, whose generous sponsorship along with other local businesess contruniting raffle prizes helped make the weekend possible
Whether you performed on stage, worked behind the scenes, volunteered, attended an event or simply told a friend about it, you played a part in raising this money.
Entertainment Events was established to prove that high-quality entertainment can be produced locally, offered at an accessible price and used to generate meaningful support for community causes. Raising £29,000 in a single year shows exactly what can happen when local audiences, businesses, performers and volunteers come together.
Thank you for supporting live entertainment on your doorstep, and, most importantly, for supporting the remarkable work of The Rosemary Foundation.
We have plenty more planned, and we look forward to welcoming you to another Entertainment Events production very soon.
